1. About Zenlo
Zenlo is an online platform that helps people looking for services connect with independent service providers.
Zenlo is currently provided and operated by an individual based in Lithuania.
Contact: support@zenlo.eu
Website: zenlo.eu
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Zenlo mobile application, website and related services.
By creating an account or using Zenlo, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Zenlo.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Zenlo.
By using Zenlo, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you are legally able to enter into agreements;
- you will use Zenlo in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
3. What Zenlo does
Zenlo provides a platform where:
- Customers can publish requests for services;
- Service Providers can offer their services;
- Customers and Service Providers can find each other;
- users can communicate through the platform;
- Service Providers may respond to service requests;
- Customers may choose which Service Provider they want to work with.
Zenlo is a technology platform and does not normally provide the services advertised by Service Providers.
4. Zenlo is not the Service Provider
Service Providers using Zenlo are independent users.
They are not employees, agents or representatives of Zenlo.
Zenlo does not control how individual services are performed.
The agreement regarding a service is made directly between the Customer and the Service Provider.
The Customer and Service Provider are responsible for agreeing on matters such as:
- the scope of the work;
- the price;
- timing;
- materials;
- additional expenses;
- changes to the work;
- cancellation;
- warranties or corrections.
5. Free version of Zenlo
Zenlo is currently available as a free platform.
At this stage, Zenlo does not process payments between Customers and Service Providers.
Zenlo does not:
- collect payment for services;
- hold Customer funds;
- transfer money to Service Providers;
- deduct commissions from payments;
- provide escrow services.
If a Customer and Service Provider agree on payment for a service, they are responsible for arranging payment between themselves.
Zenlo may introduce paid features, commissions or integrated payment functionality in the future.
If this happens, users will be informed before such features apply to them and these Terms may be updated.
6. User accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain Zenlo features.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your account information accurate;
- protecting your password and login information;
- preventing unauthorised access to your account;
- activity performed through your account.
You must not:
- create an account using another person's identity;
- impersonate another person or company;
- sell or transfer your account;
- create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions;
- use someone else's account without permission.
If you believe another person has gained unauthorised access to your account, contact:
7. Customers
Customers may use Zenlo to search for Service Providers and publish requests for services.
Customers must provide reasonably accurate information about the requested work.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a Service Provider is suitable for their needs.
Where appropriate, Customers should verify relevant:
- experience;
- qualifications;
- licences;
- certifications;
- insurance;
- professional permissions.
Customers must not request services that are illegal or violate Zenlo's rules.
8. Service Providers
Service Providers are responsible for ensuring that they are legally allowed and reasonably capable of providing the services they advertise.
Service Providers are responsible for:
- accurately describing their services;
- providing truthful information;
- possessing legally required licences or qualifications;
- agreeing on the price before performing work;
- performing services professionally;
- complying with applicable laws;
- handling their own tax obligations;
- obtaining any required insurance or permits.
Zenlo does not guarantee that any Service Provider has a particular qualification unless Zenlo specifically states that the qualification has been verified.
9. Agreements between users
Zenlo strongly recommends that Customers and Service Providers clearly agree on the important conditions of the service before work begins.
This may include:
- what work will be done;
- the agreed price;
- whether materials are included;
- who purchases materials;
- expected start time;
- expected completion time;
- additional expenses;
- what happens if the scope of the work changes.
Where possible, important agreements should be recorded through Zenlo's communication system.
10. Payments between users
Because Zenlo currently does not process payments, Zenlo is not responsible for money exchanged directly between Customers and Service Providers.
Users are responsible for choosing an appropriate payment method.
Users should exercise caution before:
- making large advance payments;
- transferring money to unknown persons;
- paying before the conditions of the service are clear.
Suspected fraud should be reported to Zenlo.
11. Reviews and ratings
Zenlo may allow Customers to rate or review Service Providers.
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences.
Users must not:
- publish fake reviews;
- create fake transactions to generate reviews;
- purchase reviews;
- threaten another user in exchange for a positive review;
- manipulate Zenlo's rating system.
Zenlo may remove reviews that violate these Terms or Platform Rules.

13. Licence to use submitted content
You retain ownership of content you create.
By publishing content on Zenlo, you give Zenlo a non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce and display that content where reasonably necessary to operate the platform.
For example, this allows Zenlo to display:
- your profile picture;
- your listing;
- your portfolio;

This permission ends when the content is deleted, except where continued retention is required for technical, security or legal reasons.

You should report suspicious, abusive, fraudulent or dangerous behaviour through available reporting tools or by contacting:
If there is an immediate danger to someone's safety, contact the appropriate emergency services.
16. Moderation
Zenlo may review content or user activity where there is reason to believe that:
- these Terms have been violated;

- another user may be at risk;
- the platform is being abused.
Zenlo may take actions such as:
- removing content;

The action taken may depend on the seriousness and frequency of the violation.
17. Reporting content or users
Users may report listings, accounts, messages or other content that they believe violates Zenlo's rules or applicable law.
Zenlo may request additional information to review a report.
Submitting a report does not automatically mean that the reported user or content will be removed.
Zenlo will assess the available information before deciding what action, if any, should be taken.
18. Account suspension and termination
Zenlo may restrict or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- serious violations of these Terms;
- repeated violations;
- fraud;
- illegal activity;
- threats;
- harassment;

- security risks;
- misuse of Zenlo systems.
Users may stop using Zenlo at any time.
Where available, users may also delete their account through the application or request account deletion.
19. Availability of Zenlo
Zenlo aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption.
Zenlo may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- technical problems;
- hosting failures;
- security incidents;
- circumstances outside Zenlo's reasonable control.
Features may also be changed, added or removed as the platform develops.
20. No guarantee of results
Zenlo does not guarantee that:
- a Customer will find a Service Provider;
- a Service Provider will receive jobs;
- a user will respond to a message;
- a particular service will meet another user's expectations;
- information provided by another user will always be accurate.
Users remain responsible for deciding whether to enter into an agreement with another user.
21. Responsibility for services
The Service Provider is responsible for the service they perform.
The Customer is responsible for the service they request and for providing accurate information relevant to that service.
To the extent permitted by law, Zenlo is not responsible for disputes or losses caused directly by the actions of independent users.
However, nothing in these Terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
22. Intellectual property
The Zenlo name, branding, application, website, interface, design and software may be protected by intellectual-property rights.
Users may not:
- copy Zenlo software;
- distribute unauthorised copies;
- reverse engineer Zenlo except where permitted by law;
- use Zenlo branding in a misleading manner;
- present themselves as officially representing Zenlo without permission.
